Changes & Returns

If you wish to exchange a product, you can return it to our company within 10 days of receiving your order. To complete the return process, the product must be in excellent condition (not worn, washed, or altered in any way) and include the purchase receipt.

Once we receive the product for exchange, we will inspect it and contact you to proceed with a new order. 

Important information:

  • Refunds are not accepted.
  • You may exchange the product for the same item in a different size (if available) or for any other product of equal or greater value than your original purchase (shipping costs not included).
  • For your convenience, the process can be carried out via email at malsa.eshop@gmail.com or through messages on Instagram.
  • The exchange process may take 2 to 5 business days.
  • The exchange fee is €5.
  • You can send the product with any courier of your choice, but for better service, we recommend ACS, with which we collaborate.
