Refund policy
If you wish to change a product, you can return it to our company within 10 days from the day you received your order. To complete the return process, it is essential that the product is in excellent condition (not worn, washed, or altered in any way) and that the proof of purchase is included.
Once we receive the product for exchange, we will check it and contact you to proceed with a new order.
Important Information:
- Refunds are not accepted.
- You can exchange the product for the same item in a different size, provided it is available, or for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase (shipping costs are not included).
- For your convenience, the process can be conducted via phone, email at malsa.eshop@gmail.com, or through messages on Instagram.
- The exchange process may take between 2 to 5 business days.
- The fee for the exchange process is €5.
- You may send the product with any courier you prefer; however, for your best service, we recommend ACS, with whom we cooperate.
